As a Triathlete I am looking for ways to help me recover faster after my brick workouts (Bike to Run). My legs feel like i have concrete cinder blocks on my feet when I run. So I have befriended the Ice Bath to help me recover after a hard day of training. Fill tub with Bag or two of ice and have a cup of hot tea to drink while I am in the bath and a magazine and relax.
