Benefits of Ice Baths:Ice baths are one of the most effective ways to offset the damage done on a run.

As a Triathlete I am looking for ways to help me recover faster after my brick workouts (Bike to Run). My legs feel like i have concrete cinder blocks on my feet when I run.
